  • How big are the apartments? (sq ft)

    Studios are 500 to 550 sq ft, one bedroom apartments are 600 to 725 sq ft, and two bedroom units range from 800 to 900 sq ft.

  • Are there hardwood floors, carpet, or tile?

    Apartments feature either vinyl plank flooring or carpet.

  • How much closet space is in the apartment?

    There is ample closet space in all apartments.

  • Do units come with in-unit laundry?

    In unit or in building laundry is available depending on location.

  • Do you offer furnished apartments?

    No, furnished apartments are not offered.

  • What is the average cost of rent?

    Studios average $1860, one bedroom apartments range from $1975 to $2270, and two bedroom apartments range from $2310 to $2845.

  • What utilities are included in the rent?

    Utilities-Heat or hot water included in select apartments.

    Guests are allowed to park and residents must request a guest pass.

    The Mansfield commuter rail station is a short ride away.

    Bike racks are available throughout the community.

    A variety of restaurants, convenience stores, and shops are within walking distance.

Lease Terms & Policies

  • What lease lengths are offered (12-month, 6-month, flexible)?

    Leases are 12 months.

  • Is there a move-in special or concession?

    Up to $5000 in Jordan’s Furniture or a free rent special may be available and last month’s rent is currently waived. Offers are subject to change.

  • What is the application process like?

    Applications are completed online and a deposit is required to hold a unit.

  • Do you require credit/background checks?

    Yes.

  • What move-in costs are there (security deposit, broker fee, first/last month)?

    Move in requirements vary and there is no broker fee. Contact the office for details.

  • Are pets allowed? If yes, what are restrictions and fees?

    Dogs and cats are permitted with breed restrictions and a 40 pound weight limit for dogs. Fees are $65 per month for dogs and $50 per month for cats.

  • Are sublets or short-term leases permitted?

    No.
